Chattahoochee County Education Center's Grant Excerpt:
"Ed Tech Math (eMath) Grant recipients will focus on improving 3rd-5th grade mathematics achievement through the effective use of technology. This grant is designed to address three statewide needs: (1) increasing students’ math achievement; (2) improving classroom access to modern learning technologies; and (3) enhancing educators’ understanding of the types of scientifically based research and evaluation encouraged by NCLB. Recipients of this grant will implement standardized interventions and participate in a four-year scientific study led by the Learning Performance and Student Achievement Laboratory, University of Georgia-Athens."
