As a result of participating in this workshop, supervisors will be able to:

- Recall major trends in the literature of supervision from the past five years
- Summarize relevant principles of AAMFT’s Code of Ethics as they apply to supervision dilemmas
- Distinguish between complete and incomplete supervision contracts
- Recognize factors such as culture, gender and socio-economic issues that shape the experiences of supervisors, supervisees and clients
