Five area schools awarded grants totaling nearly $500,000
The 2007-2008 "Instructional Technology Enhanced Environment" (ITEE) Title II-D grants were awarded to five
county school systems in our CSU service area. This competitive grant, from the Georgia Department of
Education, provides systems with a funding mechanism to create five model 21st Century learning
environments within their awarded schools . The five schools and focus areas are:
- Long Cane Middle School, Math (Troup)
- Greenville High School, Math (Meriwether)
- Randolph-Clay High School, Science (Randolph)
- Kendrick High School, LA & SS (Muscogee)
- Macon County Middle School, Math (Macon)
