Take I-85 south to I-185 south.

Take I-16 west to Highway 96 west. Follow 96 west to highway 80 west. Take 80 west into Columbus.
Take the Columbus/Fort Benning exit (I-185 south) From I-185 take exit 7 and turn east on to Manchester Expressway.

From Albany
Take Highway 82 (Corridor Z) north to I-185 north. From I-185 take exit 7A and turn east on to Manchester Expressway.
